Highgate to Hackney Wick Walk
Join us for a walk on the greenest part of the Capital ring.
We start with the Parkland Walk, before the route passes through the beautiful Finsbury Park, along by the New River, past Stoke Newington Reservoirs, into the attractive Clissold Park.
The final part of the walk is dominated by the Lee Navigation waterway. It traces the expansion of Stoke Newington before going into Springfield Park. The rest of the route follows the River Lea as it winds its way towards the Thames.
Total distance approx 9.6miles and plenty. Bring snacks, and lunch – or no doubt there will be opportunity to pick things up en route
